FLY SLOW and SMOOTH!!! Speed can always be changed in post production.

The Reveal: Find a tree, or shrub, or other interesting object. Begin the shot behind this object, then slowly pan sideways, up, or down to "reveal" the subject in its entirety.
The Pull Away with Pan: Starting low, pull away and up at a constant angle while simultaneously panning left or right, Keep subject in the shot.
Front and Back Yard Pan: Maintaining constant elevation, simply pan across the front yard keeping the subject centered in the shot. Repeat for backyard.
The Front Door Entrance: Opposite of pull away shot, start high, initiate a forward decent toward the front door. Finish the shot when the front door fills the viewscreen. This creates the transition for interior photography.
Overhead 360 Rotation: Directly overhead with entire home/subject area in the shot, SLOWLY rotate 360 degrees either direction.
Climbing Finish: Starting low (4-6') with full house in the shot, initiate a slow forward climb at a constant angle, just clearing the center of the roofline. Continue climbing out at same speed to clear treeline and capture surrounding area beyond the property.
EVERYTHING ELSE! Highlight special features, pools, gardens, etc. as needed. Reveal shots and panning shots work well for these, but do whatever you need to do to get the shot. Be creative here.
